The words in a product video often change after the visual direction is approved. A price is corrected. A feature needs more careful wording. A button label becomes shorter. If those words are part of the generated scene, each change can mean making the picture again.

A more practical workflow is to let a free AI video generator create a motion background and add the copy separately in an editing tool. The image supplies the setting and movement. Your text layer carries the information that must remain exact.

Consider an invented promotion for an unbranded desk lamp. The example is a production plan, not a claim that a clip has been generated or tested.

An unbranded violet desk lamp sits to one side of an ivory studio scene with generous uncluttered space.

Plan a quiet area for the words before you generate the motion background.

Make a small copy sheet first

List the words you expect the viewer to read before designing the shot. Keep three things separate:

Product facts: the model name, dimensions, material, supported functions, and any conditions you can substantiate.
The main message: the single benefit or purpose this short piece should communicate.
The next step: what the viewer can do after watching, if the placement supports an action.

For the lamp exercise, the message might simply be “A small pool of light for your desk.” That describes the intended scene without inventing a battery duration, eye-health benefit, or energy-saving figure.

A real price needs a verified amount, currency, and any relevant date or condition. Do not use a generated label or a placeholder as evidence of a real offer. If the information is not settled, omit it from the draft instead of designing around an uncertain number.

Ask the picture to carry one visual idea

The shot can show a lamp illuminating part of a desk. It does not also need to contain a product name, a special offer, a review score, and a written instruction.

A starting scene prompt could be:

An unbranded violet desk lamp on the left side of an ivory desk. A soft pool of light gently brightens beneath it. The right side remains plain and uncluttered. Fixed camera, calm studio atmosphere. No writing, labels, logos, or signs.

“No writing” is a direction to request, not a promise that every generated result will be clean. Inspect the candidate and reject accidental marks that could be mistaken for a label or claim.

For an existing product, prepare source images you have permission to use. The current image-guided free tool takes both start and end frames. Match the product’s position and viewpoint between those images unless a larger change is genuinely part of the intended motion. Generated footage still needs a product-accuracy check; reference images do not establish that every detail will stay correct.

Reserve space that stays usable

Empty space in the opening frame is not enough. A moving object, a light flare, or a camera move may enter it later.

Choose the intended format before generating. A landscape layout can place the object on one side and copy on the other. In a vertical layout, the same side-by-side arrangement may make both too small. Try a compact product area and a separate text area, then inspect the result at the final viewing size.

Do not assign a universal “safe” margin without checking the destination. Player controls, captions, and social interfaces can cover different areas. Preview within the actual placement when you can; otherwise leave generous breathing room and flag the placement check for whoever publishes.

A violet desk lamp scene is paired with separate floating paper strips on a tactile editing table.

Treat the image and the copy as separate materials that can be revised independently.

Add the words in your editing tool

Once the background communicates the intended idea, import the downloaded clip into a tool that supports editable text. Add the approved copy there. Flaq’s free generator does not assemble this text layout for you.

Begin with a simple treatment: one short headline, one clear type size, and a quiet background behind the letters. If the surface changes brightness, use a restrained solid panel or another stable treatment rather than relying on a shadow alone. The exact choice depends on the design and the footage.

Keep the editable project as well as the exported video. If the price changes, update the text layer and recheck the export. You should not have to reinterpret the whole visual brief to fix a single digit.

At this stage, the Flaq AI free AI video generator is the source of the motion candidate. The editor is responsible for the copy, its timing, and the final composition. Keeping those roles clear makes revisions easier to explain to a collaborator.

Review reading time and visual interference

Play the piece once without pausing. Can somebody read the sentence while also understanding the picture? If not, shorten the copy, simplify the layout, or change the edit. Do not assume that fitting the words inside the frame makes them readable.

Then inspect three moments: the first readable appearance, the busiest movement, and the last moment before the words disappear. Look for letters touching the object, a bright patch obscuring the sentence, or a cut that removes the copy too quickly.

Try the piece without sound as well. The picture and text should communicate the intended product message even if the generated audio is unavailable or unsuitable. Listen separately for anything that conflicts with the tone. The presence of built-in audio is not a reason to skip that decision.

A small lamp composition is examined on a phone-sized frame and a larger print-like preview.

Check the final composition at the size and duration in which people will actually see it.

Keep a final information check

Ask a second person to compare the export with the approved copy sheet. Check spelling, price, currency, product appearance, and the next step. Review the actual exported file, since an editable project view does not prove what the export contains.

Flaq’s page, checked November 2, 2026, labels its MiniMax H3-powered free tool “100% Free,” “Unlimited Generations,” and “No Signup Required.” The FAQ describes five-second, 480p previews with audio and a queue that processes requests one at a time. This guide has not tested generation, output quality, or waiting time. Unlimited attempts do not remove the need to approve the information you publish.

A useful product clip leaves two things easy to change: the visual direction while you explore, and the exact words when the facts change.
